Privacy

Please make sure you read thoroughly our Privacy Policy and if you do not agree to all contents please do not place an order. 

Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order through the website you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you provide correct and accurate email, postal and other contact details to us. If for any reason you do not give us all information requested, we will not be able to process your order. 

Intellectual property

All KOKU Concept products are designed and produced by us.  Therefore we hold at any time all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

Product availability

All products on the site are ‘in stock’ unless the message ‘sold out’ or ‘coming soon’ is displayed. All personalised objects need at least 10-15 days for production. However you can contact us directly on info@kokuconcept.com and we will inform you if we can have it specially made for you and if we can produce it sooner. 

Shipping

Purchases are processed from Monday to Friday (10am-5pm GMT+2) apart from the Greek National Holidays. Please bear in mind that dispatch time may vary for reasons beyond our control such as (personalisation of products, bad weather conditions, payment authorisation delays, strikes, Greek National holidays). 

SHIPPING - GREECE & CYPRUS

• GREECE: We offer free shipping on all orders via ELTA Courier (dispatched within 2-5 working days). During the Sale Periods we offer Standard Shipping of 5€ on all purchaces.

• CYPRUS: We offer free shipping on all orders  above 50€  via  ELTA mail (dispatched within 2-5 working days)

SHIPPING - EUROPEAN UNION

• E.U COUNTRIES : We offer free shipping on orders above 90€  via DHL & ELTA Courier (dispatched within 2-5 working days)

SHIPPING - REST OF THE WORLD

• WORLDWIDE : We offer free shipping on orders above 150€  via DHL & ELTA Courier (dispatched within 2-5 working days)
• UK : We offer free shipping on orders above 150€ via  ELTA mail ( dispatched within 2-5 working days)

SALE TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) you will be responsible for any custom taxes and duties that may be charged. 

As soon as your order is received by KOKU Concept, please allow up to 5 working days to process the return. We will then email you and and we will walk you through the process of refund or exchange.

Within the EU we will refund all sales taxes. Outside the EU all sales taxes are non-refundable. If you wish to recover these taxes please contact your local customs bureau.

If you wish to exchange your original order with a new item which has a lower price we will refund the difference via your original payment method. As soon as we receive the ‘returning item’ and it undergoes quality control we will be able to process the exchange.

It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

All specially personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty items

Items are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. 

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear KOKU Concept website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. 

Changes on the website

Kokuconcept.com reserves the right to:

Amend or remove (temporarily or permanently) ‘this’ website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that kokuconcept.com shall not be liable to you for any such amendment or removal.

Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of ‘this’ website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Law and jurisdiction

The Agreement will be governed and construed by the relevant Greek law, which follows EU legislation and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
